The service

ModelPixLab provides browser-based AI image generation and editing powered by third-party models (currently GPT Image 2.5 and Nano Banana 2). Model names belong to their respective owners; ModelPixLab is an independent tool interface and is not affiliated with OpenAI or Google.

Free use and credits

• New accounts receive a one-time welcome grant of 5 free generations; free usage limits may change with notice on the site.
• Paid plans and credit packs, when offered, are billed in USD. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless stated on the pricing page; credit packs do not expire.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to create unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or generate sexual content involving minors — such use leads to immediate termination.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, abuse the API, or disrupt the service.
• You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the images you upload.

Your content and outputs

You keep the rights you hold in your uploads. Subject to the model providers' terms, you may use generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes. AI outputs can be inaccurate or resemble other works; you are responsible for checking suitability before use.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Generation results, uptime and model availability may vary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version and date will always be on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
