ModelPixLab ("we", "us") operates https://modelpixlab.com, an online AI image generation and editing tool. This policy explains what information we handle and why. Questions: [email protected].

What we process

• Prompts and images you submit. To generate or edit an image, your text prompt and any image or sketch you upload are sent to the AI model providers that power the service (currently OpenAI and Google). Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies.
• Usage cookies. We use a small cookie to count your free welcome generation (new accounts get 5 free images, one-time) and to remember basic settings such as your language choice. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
• Account details (when accounts launch). If you create an account, we store your email address and your generation history so you can access them later. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
• Payment details (when payments launch). Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic server logs. Like most websites, our hosting (Cloudflare) records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and timestamps, for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your uploaded images to train our own models.
• We do not place third-party advertising trackers on this site.

Retention

Prompts and uploaded images are processed to produce your result and are not kept longer than needed to operate the service and prevent abuse. Account history is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
